Before (Phase One)
Had an issue with my back so I've been out of the gym for 5 weeks. I resume my regular training programme on Monday. These are my pre-phase one shots.
Current weight 132lbs. Waist measurement 28.5". Not sure if I cba to upload the other measurements lol. |
