Been away for a while but I'm back in it again. Haven't been able to get back in the gym because of reasons beyond my control, however I've been able to start dieting again, doing cardio and also Nark's fitness challenges. One of the worst things I've realized you can do is to stop and start all over again, it gets harder each time so I'll be trying my best to stick to the plan...here goes round 2, see you guys next week!
