How much time for workout?
Guys i just want to know how much time do you spend in workout...??

i spend 45- 50 minutes 4-5 times during the weekdays, and about 2 hours on the weekend.

I have a tight schedule during the week and my lunch hour is the only way i can make it, so i just do wat i have to.

atm cause im cutting weights for got 35-40 mins. and PWO cardio 30 +mins

60-75 min all according to how im training but i always try no get in and out as fast as i can................

Hi Ezra,
Started exercising this week and currently I am doing only running for 3 miles regularly. I have planned to increase my distance gradually and to do some more exercises like push ups, pull ups, sit ups.

My sessions are anywhere between 15 minutes and 2.5 hours.

I train @ 30 min and fit in some cardio @ 30 min. I've learned to do more in less time. I'd rather up the intensity and be done in less time than take my time and be in the gym all day.

It would be some of my oly lifting workouts. If I do a proper workout with snatches, cleans & jerks and squats I can easily be in the gym for 1,5 hours. Especially if I do many attempts close to max. To be honest I am lazy with the pace though lol, one could hit one lift per minute and be done in an hour.
