lol. sand for 3 mins then skipp for 2 mins. and repeat. what you reckon lol

Damn T you got a damn nice home gym. All you miss is a solid platform, a olympic bar and a bunch of bumper plates!

Johan 11-08-2010 05:06 AM

I wish I had a home gym, all I really need is some kind of platform, a cheap power rack with a chin up and dip bars attached to it, a quality eleiko bar and a bunch of bumper plates.

its worth the time to invest into it. by the time you head to a gym. and get ready to workout. and come home.

thats 45 mins roughly there.

and BAM training over in your backyard. :) thats a good feeling

Yeah, I am lucky that I train at work. So I can skip the useless travel time on week days. But having a gym at home would be very nice, since I live in a flat its impossible though. Some day when we live in a house I will have my basement gym! :arg:

i like the idea of a home gym but i have a feeling there would be days where i wouldn't use it. sometimes getting out of the house is helpful to get me motivated

Agreed

I agree, I like a big spacious, modern equipment, variety and facilities a gym provides. Actually Im kind of piky when it come to choosing gyms. I beleive there are around 10 gyms in a radious of 10-15 KMS and I would only consider 2-3, I wouldnt even visit the others because they dont meet Prada's standards. :moped:

That's an impressive home gym right there. I have a bench, squat rack, free weights, and leg press machine; also dip bars. I can pretty much hit every body part.
