How important is this?

And its a general rate of your heart while resting right?

mine is genetic from my mothers side.

In an exercise session i can be bathed in sweat but its no real indication of how tired i am.

Can you cats reccomend any quick, easy to make recipes with oats?

I dont like the look of them boiled. So anything that stops me from eating anything that looks like vomit is preferred.
