It really depends on how i plan to start my day. I usually have my workout done in he morning or after 3 pm. I do it Rocky style :). Luckily for me i have good salmonella free eggs so i put raw eggs, add some milk, a banana, some parsley, maybe protein powder, few apples. I have a good blender and i like to have chunks so i never blend it to long. It is a boost of energy instantly from bed. Other shakes or drinks for morning are sometimes juice made from carrots, apples and beet with some lemon juice added. Or simple orange juice. I really need these morning shakes in order to have strength during the day.
