• 1 month Full Consultation: $150 USD*** (Customized Diet Template + Training Template + Supplementation Template; VIP forum access and feedback for 4 weeks; Phone calls where necessary)

NB: No template updates during this 4 week period. You get one template solely.

Services: Two Month Duration

• 2 month Diet Consultation: $175 USD*** (Customized Diet Template + Supplementation Template; VIP forum access and feedback for 8 weeks; Phone calls where necessary)

• 2 month Training Consultation: $125 USD*** (Customized Template VIP forum access and feedback for 8 weeks; Phone calls where necessary)

• 2 month Full Consultation: $250 USD*** (Customized Diet Template + Training Template + Supplementation Template; VIP forum access and feedback for 8 weeks; Phone calls where necessary)

• 3 month [Contest Prep] Consultation: $400 USD*** (Customized Diet Template + Training Template + Supplementation Template; VIP forum access and feedback for 12 weeks; Phone calls where necessary)

• BootCamp: 10 week program
  $55USD - 1 class per week for 10 weeks (all morning or all evening)
  $100USD – 2 classes per week for 10 weeks (all morning or all evening)
  $135USD- 3 classes per week for 10 weeks (all morning or all evening)
  $160USD – 4 classes per week (mix of class times.)
  $180 – 6 classes per week (i.e. 2 classes per day: Monday, Wednesday, and friday)
  Walk-ins: $10USD/class for visitors.
• One-on-one (i.e. hands-on) interviews and assessments: $35 USD per hour (or part thereof)
• Diet/Training/Supplementation Phone consultations: $25 USD per 30 mins (or part thereof)
• Webcam Exercise demonstrations: (i.e. virtual personal training) $25 USD per 30 mins (or part thereof)

Other Services Offered:

• Training and/or Nutrition Seminars/Demonstrations (group size < 30): $100 per hour, or part thereof (restricted to members located in Barbados solely
• Training and/or Nutrition Seminars/Demonstrations (group size <> 50): $150 per hour, or part thereof (restricted to members located in Barbados solely))
• One-on-one Personal Training: $40USD per hour, or part thereof (restricted to members located in Barbados solely)
• Group Personal Training: $25USD per person... per hour, or part thereof (restricted to members located in Barbados solely)
  
• Posing Instruction and Posing Routine Choreography via Webcam (restricted to pre-contest VIPs solely)
• Customised meals/smoothies (restricted to members located in Barbados solely).

Please note:

• re: Rates above... the rates quoted do not include the cost of the transfer of fees. This cost is your responsibility. I have had instances where fees collected were less than that quoted. This is not acceptable however.
• Do not contact me if you're not serious. Slots are limited.
• I do not barter. Claiming to be ready to start a payment, only to follow up with 'I'm broke... can we work out something' will result in termination of contact on my part.
