In my opinion, your weight is much more than average. An overweight body puts more pressure on the knees. What is your BMI (Body Mass Index)? If it's more than 27, then you are overweight and that could be the cause of the knee pain that you experience only 'while running'. You can try losing your weight and if the knee pain fades after losing some lbs, then the pain was present only because of your increased weight.
