strained my glute?
joined a new jiu jitsu gym and have been rolling everyday almost.. well yesterday i got a cramp in my right arse muscle.. felt better by the end of today so i went to class again tonight.. rolled and its sore again... its not unbareable but i dont really want to make it worse and be out a while.. kind of a dumb question but will this kind of thing get worse if i continue tom or is this somethin thats just going to be uncomfortable for a lil while.. fridays class is a killer n i dont wanna miss it..but that being said its probably not a good idea lol.. advice on what i can do other than rest ? if i hold my leg right and stretch it, its kinda in my inner/lower glute n i can kinda feel it in my upper leg... thanks guys :)
