Right at this moment I am thankful for the fact that there are so many different opportunities to exercise around where I live. There are places to cycle, walk and run, and there is a cheap public pool, too, which I try to use as much as I possibly can. All in all, it is a great thing, and means that I am able to stay as fit and healthy as I would like to without having to drive for too many miles to be able to do so.

I have been sick with this nasty flu for the last week so I am finding it hard to be thankful for much lately but I am thankful for my daughter who brought me over some beautiful flowers to cheer me up and for my son who called to check up on me. I am thankful for my kids and all that they do for me.
