Wait a minute... You have listed the fruits that have the highest sugar content. Where didnthis list come from? Diet Coke is a low calorie beverage, but it sure is not in the top 5 of things good for me.

Fresh fruits and vegetables in raw form or in salad or juices form are the best foods for the weight loss purposes during the summer season.

I think that for this purpose you should must have to take low fat and carbs in your diet. Don't eat junk foods and also do some exercise like cycling and swimming. Just diet is not enough for this purpose.

Good diet that make you healthy and daily base exercise is very important to stay healthy and fit.

Raw veggies foods and water foods diet are the best for the weight loss purposes in summer season. Fresh fruits juices and vegetables soups can be used in summer season for the fat burning and weight loss purposes. Green vegetables salads are also good for the weight loss in summer season.
