Today was one of the longest days of my year.

It was also one of the most fulfilling.

My clients are excelling. This site is still growing. I... I am growing as well. And, I could not ask for more.

7 years ago, I started this site... because I was tired of the egos posters had to put up with to get quality information. I stepped away from those negative influences, and emptied my heart and intellect in to this venture... hoping that this drop of water could catalyse a sea of change.

We've helped many people. We've received help ourselves.

We've made beautiful friends... some of whom are no longer with us: Tom Kojec (t-gunz) RIP; David Lowe (mavsluva) RIP.

Most importantly though, we've made someplace that we can call home. And, I thank you guys for that.

At the end of our first year, we had 22,515 Posts, 2,631 Topics, and a mere 339 Registered Members.

A year later, we had more than doubled our posts and threads.

Today? Today we've had: 147,743 posts, 16,019 threads, and 4,911 registered members.

'Just numbers', but consistent ones.

Looking forward to what the future brings.

Congrats for seven years of having this site online. Its obvious that a site like this that has lots of info on bodybuilding and nutrition could be this long lasting. You are doing excellent with the site there is nothing that needs to be changed about it.
