So I lost track of how many sets of squats I did today. My PT insists I did 4 at the 95lbs (new personal best awww yeah), but I only remember 3. I'm gonna put down the conservative number for now, and aim to break it next leg day.

August 21st

I seem to be stalling on dumbbell lateral raises. Not sure exactly what's going on but I feel like pushing myself on Sunday to whatever weight gets me to failure at 6-8 reps.

Also my tendons are definitely a point of weakness for doing bicep and tricep work. They give out long before my muscle would, so I need to figure out a good way to work on that.
