i should of mentioned it was a whole pizza lol

i can see the difference now

300cal is a meal

not 3000cal

thanks Mr stealz

The problem with cheat days is that sometimes they can get you so off track, you can backslide! Otherwise, I do believe that a little of what you fancy does you good. More than anything else, it depends on your level of discipline; if you're able to handle it, then cheat days rock!

I think cheat meals are very essential ...when they are needed. When you get to know your body well enough you be able to tell. sometimes i can go longer than other times.

But like mentioned above. After cheating its hard sometimes to get back on track. The cravings the following day for me are the hardest. I just make sure i dont have access to anything like that and im back on track.

Damn I've been craving some type of pie (apple, blueberry, meat e.t.c) since the beginning of the week.
I have no idea where this has come from, I'm not usually a pie person. But damn it I want pie.

I'm trying to hold off until the weekend, (prefarably sunday) which is usually when I try to indulge in cheating.

sometimes my cheats are simply extra portions of a healthy meal or some exotic meat or fish. Thats my prefarred cheat.

last few weeks ive had couple of cheat meals

what i found now is that after that night of eating the next few days i have cravings

and they are very hard to control

to me they seem beneficial at the time but after it no lol

maybe a cleaner option of cheat meal might be better for me. less cravings

Last week i had a cheat meal ( a pizza ) which was just under 7k cals lol
Cals make us grow. I don't get fat either really. That happens rarely

I never prefer the use of the burger and pizza at any time and there is only one reason behind that the use of these are the cause of the fat.

Is eating a load of sugar and flour beneficial? Definitely not. Is there a safe amount of poisonous trans fats? I think not. Ultimately it's down to how much damage you are willing to take because sugar is harmful and most cheat meals contain a lot of sugar. Eating cheat meals can also reinforce your cravings and foster an unhealthy relationship with food. Personally, I do have cheat meals but I go for 'healthy' cheat meals. I try to make the cheat as healthy as possible. For example, I will make a 'tropical' ice cream recipe using coconut milk and bananas cooked in butter with cinnamon - instead of a tub of Ben & Jerry's.
