Sumos, paus bench and close grip incline. Had a very long, stressy and taxing day at the office today so I didn't feel at my best. Got the workout done though.

yeah that thoracic fucker really likes to be crocked

Todays session, paus squats, floor press, a few rows and a few power cleans. Knees still hurt so I as just chillaxing with the squats basically. Floor pressing today was solid, I am FAR away from when I could floor press 150kg but I will be there again in no time!


I experimented with Kelly Starretts "voodoo flossing" for the knee and surprisingly it reduced pain tremendously! I don't have any fancy floss bands so I bought two bike tires and cut them along the length an then used that as bands. Works like a charm! It's pretty crazy how much it reduces the pain.

28th august Sumo deads, competition bench and feet up bench.

I am getting quite happy with my sumo pulls. When I fatigue I default back to rounding my lower back a bit but overall I like these pulls a lot.

We might need to look at adjusting your rep range to hold off fatigue.

The squats look better here. But, the movement pattern is still off.

I don't think you're using your hips.

Looks like knee extension, followed by locking out of hips at the very end.

So it forms a wavy movement instead of a violent hip-driving party.
