Break 225 kg dead and 160 kg bench (my so far best lifts from 2009) and hit a double body weight squat.

So far its going well. Getting into the flow of things after some annoying issues with hip flexors and knee tendonitis. If no new problems crop up I see no reason why I wouldn't be close to achieving my goal around the end of the year.

What are your goals?

I'd like to just get a very toned stomach, and reduce my thighs and get them toned. I'd also like to tone my arms, basically everything. But most importantly I'd just like to remain with a routine of eating healthy and working out every day. Having stronger will power to get it done.

I have lost a lot of fat this year and now, my only goal is to gain some muscle. I want to gain a lot of muscle. I workout daily to gain these and I am able to be successful in gaining the muscle but only to some extent and I am trying my best to get them.

My goals have changed now. Why...I'm not quite sure really. I think it has been a number of factors.
As Corey knows my main focus over the last 5 yrs has been to build size. Wasn't interested in cardio other than when was needed to keep bodyfat minimal. I loved the pump in the gym,compliments from strangers or friends and just the feeling of being strong. The last time I lifted a weight was December 2015. I had got myself into decent condition from the help of Corey but sadly my grand father passed away early in Jan 2016. I lost all motivation to hit the gym and maintain what I had built. To get in the condition took me a lot of hard work as I am not naturally an easy gainer. Plus I trained alone and had to push myself. This may have been a factor into me leaving weight lifting as I needed someone to give me that kick up the backside and drag me to the gym. I am making no excuses. I failed to get myself back on track. I gave up training all together until I decided to try something different so myself and my wife joined a Taekwondo Acadamy that her little brother goes to. So to cut a long story short we joined and I got the bug for training back. I love my training again but it is a love for martial arts rather than weights. Infact, I just won my first competition at the weekend and the self acheivement feels great. The problem I have is I under estimated how much muscle I could lose with the increase in cardio and going from 8 meals daily to 3. So for me now it is a case of finding a happy medium in between. Gain some muscle back but still maintain the speed and endurance needed for me at competition in Taekwondo.

Just for reference my weight went from 108kg to currently 94kg.

I still have my diet consultation Corey from a few months back. Never got around to starting it but now is the time. May be out slightly due to my weight a little lower but will give me a good base. So I'll update as I go.
