Spent the last 5 years focused on career and nothing else. Neglected my health, abused my body, and now I'm in the worst shape of my life.

Went to the gym today for the first time in many years and started my log:

I'm a little embarrassed at how out of shape I am... I even felt a little light headed after a 10 minute walk at 2mph @ 2% incline at the end of the workout.
