Layne Norton PhD says no to fasted Cardio.
On the flip side, lots of other fitness writers, bodybuilders, etc. say yes to it.

In my opinion, it hardly matters.

What matters, is actually managing to fit the activity in to your day consistently.

Anything else is just nitpicking.

I don't think so any types of exercise is okay without eating any thing. Workout with empty stomach may cause many issue so every one should avoid from doing any types of workout with empty stomach.

It depends on what you're like as a person. I would be fine with it, but I have a couple of friends who would faint if they didn't have something to eat before exercising, or at least an hour before it anyway. I could go a very, very long time without eating without feeling so much as light headed (although apparently I do get grumpy but I spend a lot of time on my own so I will just live with that) whereas you might find that you don't perform as well as you could.

No! I use to do this a few years ago. It's never a good idea because your organs are working twice as hard on an empty stomach. You need food as your source of energy at least 40 minutes before working out. I remember when I did exercises on an empty stomach, I became ill for a long period of time. In a sense it was a form of starvation as I also went on an extreme diet at the same time and didn't get enough nutrition in my body throughout the day. Always have a healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner (depending on the time of day you prefer to exercise) before you workout about 40 minutes later.

I have tried doing cardio workouts usually the running machine which you can use for walking as well and it was during the afternoon so, was not hungry and was able to do the workout for half an hour, before getting hungry so had to eat something to fill me up inside. It is not a good thing if you are hungry as you may eat anything close to you which can be unhealthy and would require more effort to burn the fatty food, and you could under perform in the workout and not give your full effort which can be hard when not having the right food. I usually try to go to the gym in the afternoon to do cardio workouts as in the morning I am busy with other things, and when it comes to 4 or 5 pm I have more time and try and eat something a hour before going so I am energized in the process and concentrate on the machine I am using.

It's really not good to do cardio without eating. That should be a no brainer. But besides that, I have hypoglycemia, so I have to make sure that I eat before I workout and keep myself hydrated throughout the workout.
