I agree Cheat days can work for some. If they have control of their eating and they know it is not going to cause them to start binge eating then it isn't going to be a problem. Some people can handle a cheat day but other have a real problem getting back on track after it. Why undo in one day what you have worked to hard to achieve the rest of the week? I am not saying you can't cheat. Everything is in moderation but some people have a cheat day once a week. Once a month or less would be even better if you could control it.

Whenever I am hard core craving sweets I have tea with a little bit of honey. After drinking this my craving has been satisfied. Even though honey is all sugar I justify it because it is natural sugar as opposed to processed sugar.
After I eat processed sugar or sweets I feel sluggish and tired. Honey doesn't have the same affect on me.

Thanks for sharing these. The links are also working fine for me. I always wonder why I can go days and even weeks with out craving sweets then all the sudden out of no where I have to have sugar.
