mine-

-get some PT sessions with a bodybuilder to make sure im training right

-re attempt some of narks template, something i really wanna try and do, if this goes well will contact corey.

- keep cutting till im happy( ive said this for years but im finally getting there)

- then lean bulk,

- Big one is to look like a bodybuilder at the end of the year. but im taking small steps to get to this.

- learn to diet and what works for me

I don't have a resolution as such. But Things i am going to make happen are;-

Pass my college course.

Get into the special constabulary.

And i'm going to spend a good 6 months of next year really focusing on bringing up my lower half. I'd say my legs are fairly well developed but i want them to be a really stand out point on stage (especially calves) already started and they're growing nicely.

I've decided i don't personally feel ready to compete yet. But i will. one day.

No special plans, I will just continue to improve and inch close to my strength goals of

2 x bodyweight squat
2 x bodyweight bench
1.5 x bodyweight clean
1.5 x bodyweight push press
100+kg snatch
3 x bodyweight deadlift

Preferably all of the above with a bodyweight somewhere around 90kg. Some of the goals are longer term like the bench, push press and clean goals, I don't expect it to be realistic to hit them next year but I will sure try. The squat goal I want to crush asap!

Physique goals are as always to lean down to sub 10% bodyfat and get visible abs. I have also been saying this for more years than I can count, but now it feels I can probably slowly approach that without to much mental effort involved. I am in no rush and getting there slower rather than quicker will mean the goal wont conflict with the strength goals.

I feel that I am converging on a way of eating and training that feels intuitive, completely natural and in tune with my body. Culmination of 8 years of fucking around I guess lol. Very nice feeling for sure.

What I am leaning towards can be summarized as this:
*Do IF(intermittent fasting) Martin Berkhan style with fairly clean food somewhere in the neighborhood of 2200-2600 kcal. Protein 200+ grams and proportions of carbs and fat less important but leaning towards low carb.
*Lift heavy shit frequently and focus on a few core lifts, rep range low on the compounds and medium on assistance lifts. Don't fret the assistance as long as the squats, cleans, snatches and heavy pressing gets done.

So many areas that I need to focus on that I could make goals but the all important one is diet.

So goal for 2012 is to eat like a bodybuilder.

Would like to be able to bench 150kg mind you for at least 1 rep.
