I think Greek Yogurt is also another great food to help with weight loss. It offers over 20g of protein for 1 cup at about 120 calories. I always feel so full after eating this.

I like to put it in smoothies with strawberries and blue berries for a quick on the go snack.

It's important to stay away from anything that has fake sugar in it. Diet sodas are worse then regular sugar. Your body doesn't know how to process the fake sugar and chemicals in them.
People think they are choosing a diet drink to be healthier. In reality it is just chemicals you are drinking.
Also, its better to use natural sugar such as honey then spenda or sweet and low. I used to drink my coffee with fake sugar all the time, I would get the worst headaches. Once I switched to using honey or drinking it black my headaches went away.

Best food for summer is so called light food. I am a vegetarian so i do not eat meat even if i did i would cut the read meat for sure. Another thing you should less are beans and it is because they cause some gas reaction in your stomach and during hot weather the bowel movements are more unpredictable than in winter simply because we move more and the heat is causing blood vessels to spread and the whole metabolism is faster. I would go with some fruits, veggies, white fish and chicken breasts. A lot of combination can be make in this fashion.

Aw, this makes me sad. I remember I saw a chilled soup recipe last year and I vowed to make it when summer comes. Unfortunately, I forgot from where website I saw it. Sigh... I guess I can just Google cold soups and hope it comes out.

Watermelons during summer in my country = perfection! During this time of the year, watermelons are in season and very sweet. Put them in the fridge for a few hours before eating them so you can feel refreshed as well.

Fruit-based desserts = yum! I know of Mango-Graham Cake as well as blueberry cheesecake. I'll try searching for some more fruit based desserts. But no doubt, they can still be a bit unhealthy. Better have no more than a slice of cake.
