These rules are great. I really like rule 9 about portions. I tend to under estimate how much I am eating. Portion control has always been a big issue for me until recently when I started measuring out what I am eating.
I also like rule 7 - no carbs after lunch. I try to follow the 2pm rule - no carbs after 2pm. I don't always obey by it but when I do for a few days I can see differences in my body!

These rules are great rules to live by. If you follow these rules your body will thank you for it. Portion control is an important one. A lot of people tend to overeat and underestimate it. So many people eat fast food. They rather go through a drive thru them take the time to prepare healthy meals ahead of time. When I go out walking on my lunch break it never ceases to amaze me the amount of people and line ups at the fast food places. It is really sad. It is no wonder there are so many obese people and people with heart problems.

The one I can't do is go to sleep hungry, lol. I just cannot concentrate on getting to sleep when I'm hungry. Haha. Although I try to at times and just drink water.

But anyway, these "Skinny Rules" are a great guideline for anyone wanting to lose weight or maybe just eat healthier in general. The moment I reduced my rice intake, I lost some weight. I also stopped drinking soda since I was quite addicted to it before.

I eat slowly and try to focus on my food so I'll know when I'm already full. Whenever I eat in front of the television, I noticed that I eat more.

And lastly, I try to have even just one fruit a day, if not more. I find that they can be quite filling plus they're nutritious.
