Default How often should you Run?

there is bench between walking and running for exercise. I would not like having things were I could not go up there to me. Some people walk with confidence and have their ability to become and be able to do some cardio. How much time you should spend on just cardio alone. From what its stakes was allowing this to occur allowing full stability in upholding the law. Oh I don't do cardio nor runnings so I need some help from outisde sources and I know that help is coming from family You just have to try a balancing routine for the cardio. I just don't walk nor run not too much.

So so muich running cause cardio problem is it..

The truth is, I only run when I need to.

And, that's usually when I'm teaching a class or training someone who needs to run.

Otherwise, never.

My training (weight-training, odd-object lifting etc.), has a high carryover to being able to run/sprint/jump. So, I don't believe that I actively need to train running... unless I were planning on *becoming* a runner.

running everyday is not healthy. you should run every other day so you muscles have time to restore the fibres and also reduce the lactic acid in your body.

I will agree with that. I have to say that I really don't enjoy running, I much prefer walking. Perhaps running at not too much of a strenuous pace will pass for me.
