Default Avocado, Blue Cheese and Walnut Salad

Avocado, Blue Cheese and Walnut Salad

Servings: 4

Preparation Time: 10 min.

Ingredients:


1 avocado, pitted, peeled and diced
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 Lbs. red leaf lettuce, shredded
1/2 Lbs. European salad (or other packaged salad mix)
2 Tbs. chopped walnuts
1/2 cup fat-free blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup seasoned croutons
This recipe is considered:
Low Cholesterol


Cooking Directions:

Combine avocado and lemon juice in a salad bowl. Add lettuce, salad mix, and walnuts; Toss. Pour dressing over salad and toss. Serve with croutons.
