As far as I know they are simply an excellent source of potassium. Potassium helps with muscle cramps.

I had no idea that bananas had that many benefits. Thanks, this is good information. I eat bananas often, but I think I may consider using them in meals more often.

I like bananas but don't eat them all that often. I'm horrible at eating healthy and keeping up with it. I have weak will power. I'm glad my kids like them though.

This is all really good to know. I don't eat bananas at all even though I do like them. I just don't eat them for some reason. I will make sure to incorporate them into my life. I want my bones to stay strong. :)

I've also heard bananas help with weight loss. I love them because they provide so much potassium. I also think they are one of the most filling fruits. Especially with a little peanut butter on top. They do have a lot of sugar so I try not to eat more then 1 a day.

I buy bananas weekly. They are always on my grocery list. I have read before about all the benefits of them so I made sure that I include them in my diet plan. I did read a few things on here though that I didn't already know about bananas though. Always learning something! :)

Absolutely, consuming banana is good for our health. Many dietitians recommend this fruit in their weight loss program.
