Hey..
Guys i just want to ask a question from all of you is exercise necessary for effective weight loss or not..?

Is it necessary? No.

Similarly, eating healthy foods isn't 'necessary' either.

You can lose weight eating crap, providing that your calories are low enough.

Is it optimal however?

Nope. Not in my opinion at least.

Exercise and the appropriate dietary changes go hand-in-hand as far as I'm concerned.

Yes exercise is really good for fat loss because you can get rid of the stress of going through a diet. Going through diet can be tough and exercise is the number one stress reliever.

The truth is, exercise is only 20% while proper nutrition is 80%.

Proper nutrition is actually very important when getting fit and healthy, and exercise just speeds up the process. Pairing both together would really give you a result, but proper nutrition is very critical.

I'm not saying you should do juicing, or a dieting wrongly. You really need to know what healthy eating is. You must intake protein-based meals, because they give you muscle. The more muscle you have, the faster you can burn your fat percentage.

I wouldn't say it is necessary but at the same time I don't know why you wouldn't do it. It would accelerate your weight loss like crazy and you will be much healthier. Sure you can lose weight by following a strict, healthy diet but you are better off combing an exercise program with a healthy diet.

I don't think it's completely necessary, the idea of "skinny fat" people come to mind, but I do think exercise helps you reach your weight loss goals.You can't out exercise a bad diet but you also won't grown muscle if you don't exercise. In my opinion when you're at the gym or even exercising in general you have a greater appreciation for your body and don't want to fuel it with junk food and other things which is why I consider exercise to go hand in hand with weight loss.
