Default Best Tips On Getting Leaner Over a Short Period Of Time

Hey all,

I'm interested in learning some new tips on effective ways to get more lean over a short period of time. I'm not trying to rush it as I go to the gym weekly and eat a clean diet. But there's always some helpful tips on how to maybe expedite the process, I'm sure.

In order for us to help you it would be really beneficial to us if you can give us some more information, including how long you have been training. I don't want to recommend a certain type of workout to you and have you end up over-training!

Without knowing anything else about you, things that helped me when cutting weight (short term leaning out) was to cut all carbs besides veggies (while still eating plenty of protein; around or a little more than 1gram of protein per lb of body weight I wanted to be at per day) and to do a ton of endurance training along with LISS and HIIT cardio. If you're not training for MMA or boxing or anything like that, be sure to continue with your weight training, too.

As far as i think it totally depend on your body type and on the diet plan which you are following.. without know about your weight and diet plan its hard to suggest any tip

Hey, Rome wasn't built in a days. You should try using some high intensity training for that extra burn. Try some crossfit training as well on your days off. There are plenty of ways to burn calories and get lean. Jogging, running, body weight training, and sports.
