Default Protein cycling, does anyone do it?

I know the general idea is that eating high protein every day desensitizes the body to protein and cycling protein makes the body more efficient. Not aure if it works or if there is any research behond it, its more interesting anyway to hear if you guys have tried it.


Does anyone do it and do you feel any difference?

I do.

I feel it's essential honestly.

I got 35% protein for a set number of days and 45% protein for a set number of days... or a number of other protein cycles.

Have to give it a try, I guess I have unintentionaly been doing it anyway. Usually don't bother keeping protein high over the weekend.

I do too.. it keep full and prevents me from starvation and burns fat too
