Thanks mate

When I have the shake will vary a bit, but a typical day will probably look like this.

8 a clock get out of bed
Sometime between 12 and 2 have lunch (about 30'ish % of daily kcal)
Workout at 5 (sipping BCAA during workout)
Shake like 30 minutes after workout
dinner about 2 hours later

You think it would be better of I have the shake pre wo?
