posting pics...?

how does one go about posting a pic or two in the top headliner that says "Members Photos"? also,as you can see i'm no computer genius here lol,how does one go about posting a pic for his/her avi?i mean i know HOW to post it via the CP section but the pic i chose and really want doesn't load,i guess because it's too big,how does one make it so it's smaller in size.say the max is what 150 x 150...if the pic's like 190 x 190 is there a way to reduce the size?

i really like this pic because it's right before i hit my all time ever high on the bench of 447 x 1 at just under 220lbs and only around 9-12% bf at 44yrs old.it gets me pretty stoked since i look like shit now from my relapse but want this pic to remind me daily.hope someone can help this spazztistic knows nothing about a computer dweeb out,pleeeze lol?!

okay got one up in the albums section lol...hooray! now i just need to try and see if i can get the same pic i posted to fit as my avi.if not i'll just try to find an old pic of me on another phone.don't wanna post one up of what i look like now...lost ALL my size and strength.
