Please excuse my bad use of grammar and typing.
I contacted Nark just over a month ago about having him train me, aka design a template for me. Well here it is 4 weeks later and I have followed it almost 100%, as I missed a few meals due to falling asleep. I did not miss any workouts though.
After going through only 4 weeks with Nark, I must say I feel better overall. I am stronger, less body fat, more confident. I did not reach my goal, but I blame myself as I think I could have pushed myself a bit harder. The workouts to me were pretty damn tough as some I had never done.
The meal plan was somewhat familiar, but I liked how he gave me choices to choose from instead of some cookie cutter same thing everyday kind of diet plan.
In the future I may be contacting Nark again for a full 12 week consult. As I still have a lot of work to do to reach my goal.
I do highly recommend working with him, even if it is just for 4 weeks as it is worth the investment.
