I am not able to go to gym in past months so i concentrate to home workout. I usually try to mix a lot for obvious reasons. I want to hit as much different muscles as i can. So, today i was doing i five move training. Pull, push, hip hinge, squat and plank. I picked for each move an exercise and do to series of 12, but with some weights of course. I usually put a big dumbbell in my backpack and do the routine. It is quite effective if you ask me. I did pull ups , then modified dips, after that i did that exercise for hamstrings where you get on your knees and fix your legs then hinge your body using your hamstring muscles, after that i did normal squats and finished with planking. With the backpack this is not an easy workout.
