I don't think it really matters, it matters on what kind of person you are.I know people who workout in the morning because they are morning people and that is when they feel at their best.Some people can't workout in the mornings because they are not morning people, they like to sleep in so they workout in the afternoon when they are more awake.

I have switched between working out fairly early, around 11 a clock and fairly late like around 18:00. When cutting I prefer training before lunch, otherwise I prefer training later in the day.

I think I can workout pretty much anytime and I still feel the same. Later in the evening sucks because the gym is so over crowded and tons of doucebags who sit around to chit chat and not workout.

for me i think that Morning workouts is much better , because in the morning you are full of energy but in the evening you will be very tired from working all the day

I like to hit my workouts in the evening or if I can fit them in, in the afternoon. I've never been a morning person. Do what works best for you though.

In my opinion, morning workouts are better for your body. In general, we are 'lethargic mod' when we wake up and workout helps us to get out of the mode and activates the 'active mode'. Before going to my office, I workout for at least 40 min on daily basis. For me, evening workouts are boring.
