The back should maIntain a natural arch as well. Chest out.
Poor form I'n this exercise will haunt you sooner then later. I see this exercise performed soo poorly I'n gyms everywhere.

I like to bend my knees slightly. I use a overhand grip at times and an underhand grip the nest time. Use a weight that isn't too heavy because you can really get hurt. Just do smooth reps without jerking.
