If it was just about eating we wouldn't have problems but yes it is the most important thing. Basically you need to take the fat off your stomach and therefore make the muscles visible. In order to do that you will have to think before you eat something. No sweets, no bread. But not only what you eat matters, also you will need a good WHEN. Your meals have to be timed well. Usually around same time everyday. You need a good and strong breakfast. These things you will have to set by yourself. I eat 2 hours before a workout and after i take some protein shake or just a bunch of eggs and milk. Another thing is , at least for me, that since i am a vegetarian, several years now, my stomach was never better. I do not even work it, i just do other exercises like push ups or pull ups and the stomach is doing fine. It was 15 years ago since i had visible abs like now.

I have been also successful in creating six-pack abs. The journey from a fat stomach to a stomach with wonderful abs was not easily. I also had to limit my food intakes. I stopped eating high-calorie foods and I only ate the foods with protein and I left the foods that contained fat. At first, the progress was very slow but after many months the changes started to happen and finally, I got nice six-pack abs

Six pack abs are such a wonderful feature to have. however, it's a very difficult to achieve this feat, because of the hard work and dedication that is required. We see someone displaying this fabulous feature and we would want to be like that but many people just can't keep up the pace to achieve it. It's great that you were able to stay the course.
