fucked around with a ViPR, indian clubs and some body weight shit.

was good fun and a nice way to get back into it.

Took a barbell + 80kg worth of weight, a 32kg KB and a 20KB to a field and spent 2 and a half hours sitting in the sun and throwing some weight around. Really good day. enjoyable training.

Cooper 1.5 mile run. - 10:24

6 minute rowing - 1564m

Was really pushing for sub 10 minutes but seeing as i never run i think i hit a pretty respecatble time
