Default Tabata Squats

Thought I would share part of my leg training today:

Tabata Squats: 4 minutes

Alternating:
20 seconds: as many squats as you can do
10 seconds: hold squat position

Repeat 8 times = 4 minutes total.

My legs were SCREAMING at the end

It was downright brutal. I wasn't even using much in the way of weight. I think each week I'm going to try to increase the weight which is sure to give me some serious DOMS

I'm trying everyday till I get to the 8th cycle. I only get to 5.
