September 2020. Steady in the 160s. Apx. 167 or thereabouts. And so we continue. |

Update:
January 2021: Still steady in the 160s - anywhere between 162 and 164 at present. Pleased I've been able to keep the weight off. I might try to go down to lower 150s this year...we'll see. Trying to keep up with movement as well, back into waking up early on mornings. I was going to incorporate skipping, but apparently I should reduce my high intensity movements due to an eye problem I have so I was advised not to 'jostle' my vitreous unnecessarily LOL! Fine by me, I'll be doing some walking and such along with pilates and yoga and some more complex movements. |

Update
March 2021 Back in the 150s, presently 157. Feeling okay, still have alot of work to do. Trying to work on lowering my stress levels. |
