Simple question, in your opinino whats the best training method for someone getting back in weight training?

Goals are...

Simply look good at the beach,

dont care to be huge

dont care to be super strong

have you had a long break since then ?

i suggest minium 3 times per week weights and learning to eat small meals throughout the day. e.g. 6 meals

Its somewhat subjective. It all depends on goals, time frame and plan. Have a a plan and gradually get back into it. Diet and training

the best way to get back into is just to start

I always usually start with the 3 times a week. 2 body parts per day.

My buddy thinks that doing a few full body light weight sets 3 times a week.

Its really up to the person i think

just start a log and everyday just come on a log it only takes 5 mins

theres few logs. view Nightrains to get an example

and then we once you start logging we can help you along the way
