Thanks mate

When I have the shake will vary a bit, but a typical day will probably look like this.

8 a clock get out of bed
Sometime between 12 and 2 have lunch (about 30'ish % of daily kcal)
Workout at 5 (sipping BCAA during workout)
Shake like 30 minutes after workout
dinner about 2 hours later

You think it would be better of I have the shake pre wo?

Same here, I prefer training on an empty stomach. BCAA doesnt interfer though so I always put it in my drinking water while training.

Saturday weight was 95.2kg, so that is half a kg down.

Friday workout was sucky. I did the squats I was supposed to (triple on 137.5kg), but my hamstring started to hurt in the place I tore it two months ago so I didn't dare to deadlift. Overall I was very tired and out of gas.

This week I took a week off work, I am finally getting around to getting a drivers license so I was focusing on driving. I only did two workouts.

Tuesday 10 july
Squats 120kg*5*3
Bench 105kg*2 122.5kg*1 105kg*10
Deficit deadlift 150kg*7
Dragon flags 5,3,3

Friday 13 July
Squat 137.5kg*3
Clean and push press 77.5*3 82.5*2 92.5*1
Push press 75kg*6
Deadlift 190kg*3

My triple on 190kg wasn't all that pretty and I had some back pain yesterday. Wont increase weight next week. I need to focus more on keeping my lower back flat. I am still very happy with the weight because it is probably the heaviest deadlifts I have pulled since 2009. My all time best 3 rep max is 205kg and I see no reason why I won't cruise past that within 2 months.

Saturday 14 July weight in

Bodyweight 95.7kg, up 0.5 kg. I don't fret about it though because I was semi constipated and had quite a large dinner on Friday evening (ate very small lunch that day).

Waist 85cm
Stomach 94cm

Dont know if those went up or down since I didn't start measuring until yesterday. I "feel" leaner though.
