Default Total Noob Here

Hey everyone! Like the title says, complete noob here. Wanted to introduce myself before I dug deep into all the information I can get. My goals are to gain a great amount of stamina, agility, and dexterity without building big. I don't have a gym membership but I do have some good things going for me. I do a simple body weight workout every three days. After I workout I usually run or bicycle. The next day I either run or ride my bike depending on what I didn't do the day before. Then I rest a day and do it all over again. I recently quit smoking (as of Christmas last year). I have cut out about 95% of refined sugars from my diet (it seems like everything has refined sugars in it and this has been the hardest part of my nutrition changes). I don't want to get a lot of bulk because I am missing my right pectoral major. I was born without it and I don't want to make it more noticeable then it already is lol.
