I just watched this clip of Konstantin konstantinov doing 55 pullups at a bodyweight of 122kg(270+ibs). Then I read the comments and couldn't stop laughing.

You've got to admit... his form, to the average gym-joe, is horrendous
![]() It's pretty sick though... like how rock-climbers train: effective explosive movements which utilize loads of muscle (or individual ones as required). I can see how he'd be a great puller (i'm assuming pulling is his strong point competitively). re: the internet... People love to criticize. It makes 'em feel better about themselves. If people could walk down the road and tell everyone around them what they thought, they'd feel fulfilled. PRoblem is, they'd get their asses kicked daily ![]() The internet allows 'em to tell people what they really think, minus a black eye. ![]() |
