What do you guys consider to be fit?
![]() A person with a good bod? Someone who can lift lots of weights? Someone who can run fast/long? Someone who is limber (sp)? Someone who has low body fat? When do you personally consider someone to be fit?

I personally feel that being fit is the name of stamina and strength that a guy have if they can actually show it they are fit some people just look fit but they aren't internally so that is the thing.

Fit IMO means fitness
And fitness is running cycling swimming anything along those lines I've been training with weights do years and have never classed myself as fit cozi never have been.... Never done cardio Things have changed last few months as now I class myself as ""fit"" Bought myself a road bike and have been putting in some serious miles... Did the London to southend charity ride a few weeks ago which was 55 miles Got another charity ride on Sunday for can we and that's 28 miles...

I think anyone that runs or workouts regularly is considered fit. I don't think you have to have the most muscles neither do you have to have an extremely toned body. You also must intake a healthy diet. Without a healthy diet, what's the point?
