ANYWAYS, HERES SUNDAYS ROUTINE, FOR TODAY WAS REST AND FOR TUESDAY WILL BE CHEST/BACK


DEADLIFT DAY (TRYING TO IMPROVE DEADLIFT)
1.-Deadlift : 1x2 @ 200 kg

2.-Speed deadlift: 8x3 @ 162.5 kg (90 sec rest b/w sets)

3.-3 circuits (rest 90sec between exercises, 2-3 minutes between circuits):

Stiff-leg deadlift: 8 reps @162.5 KG
Bent over row: 8 reps @ 120 KG
Underhand (reverse) grip lat pulldown: 8 reps @ full plates
Arched back good morning: 8 reps @ 60 kg


still sored and training back in less than 24 hours
so fun!!!

Default CHEST/BACK LACTIC ACID TRAINING

CHEST

proper warm up
decline barbell press 140 kg x 6 rest 10 secs
decline dumbbell press 30 kg each x 12 rest 10 secs
decline barbell press 60 kg x 25
rest 2 min... repeat 5 times!


rest 5 min .. backs begin...
BACK

pullups with 30 kg dumbbell in legs x 6 rest 10 secs
bent over barbell row 120 kg x 12 rest 10 secs
seated cable shrugs all way to neck 6 plates x 25

rest 2 min... repeat 5 times


this was insane, being doing this but with 3 and 4 sets, increasing to 5 sets was overkill... maybe not that much (lots of drama nowadays (: ) but still pretty hard for me haha

...
im afraid of tomorrooows legs...

Could not post yesterday.... soo heres how it went:
warmuppp
squat 160kg x 6 rest 10 secs
walking lunges 20kg bumbbell each hand x 12 rest 10 secs
legextensions 3 plates x25
rest 2 min... repeat 5 times.....
rest 5 min...

lying leg curl full plates plus 20kg plate x 6 rest 10 secs
romanian deadlift 120kg x 12 rest 10 secs
hyperextensions bodyweight x 25
rest 2 min,... repeat 5 times

deaaaaad!

for todaaay
shoulder warmup (longest of all my warmups)

seated shoulder press 40kg each dummbell x 6 rest 10 secs
seated lateral raises 14 kgx 12 rest 10 secs
crossover cables 1 plate x 25 (this even at 1 plates is fucking insane)
rest 2 min.... repeat 5 times
rest 5 min...

tricep
close grip decline bench press 120x6 rest 10 secs
decline skull crushers 20kgx12 rest 10 secs
tricep extensions 6 plates x 25
rest 2 min
repeat 5 times!!!

bicep
(at this point i was already arms full pump)
standing alternate dumbbell curls 33 kgx 6 rest 10 secs
standing ez bar curl 40kg x 12rest 10 secs
standing cable curls 6 plates x 25
rest 2 min
repeat 5 times!!!!!

fuck i hate friday, cant move shoulders, one fucking more week of this lactic training ><
