Default Paddy's slow lean bulk

Ok Guy's.

I decided to test myself physically and mentally and see how lean I could get naturally with a proper diet. This was just a personal goal I wanted to achieve. I am happy as I got down to 6% bodyfat. I don't see much point in going any lower so have now changed my goal and add on size while staying as lean as possible. The base line diet which I was on has now opened up and an all round quality diet will be ran. I will be adding in more variation of protein sources,carbs,veg and fruit.

So here I go.

Stats as of 08/04/2013

Age : 31
Height : 6ft 4ins
weight : 89kg
Bodyfat : 6%

Baseline diet which I ran for around 2 months..

Meal 1

6 egg whites
120g oats
2 scoops whey
1 vitamin B tab along with 1 cod liver

Meal 2

100g chicken
200g sweet potato
100g mixed veg

Meal 3

100g chicken
250g sweet potato
100g mixed veg

Meal 4

100g chicken
200g sweet potato
100g mixed veg

Meal 5

100g chicken
250g white potato
100g mixed veg

Meal 6

2 scoops whey

So if diet can make my weight drop,lets see what it can do to take me back up. Diet has been opened up and calories have been increased slightly. I am now getting a better range of quality food for muscle building.

Current diet...

Meal 1

120g oats
2 scoops whey

1 vit C,1 cod liver tablet

Meal 2

100g Mackeral
200g sweet potato
100g mixed veg

Meal 3

100g chicken
250g sweet potato
100g mixed veg

Meal 4

140g Lean steak mince (uncooked weight)
80g wholemeal pasta (uncooked weight )
100g mixed veg

Meal 5

100g chicken
250g white potato
100g mixed veg

Meal 6

200g cottage cheese
10 almonds

I am also including 2 pieces of fruit daily where I can.

As for training. I am presently learning kickboxing. More than likely I will end up fighting for my club. That aside my weight lifting. I will be training 4 times per week. I will be hitting each muscle group as per usual. I dont intend to log everything down. I want to be able to go in the gym with the freedom to do what ever exercise I feel like doing for the muscle I am working that night. I want it to be fun with lots of variation. Keep my muscles guessing. More importantly,not put to much pressure on myself.

So,let the fun begin.

Ok guy's,decided to run a cycle after all to gain my size back. I will tell you why I have made this decision. Basically I am getting married in 14 weeks time. If their was ever a time that I want to look at my best then it will be then. Some people will say I am crazy to put my body through a cycle for one day but it will make me happy and also confident. I have always suffered mentally about my weight from a young age so that has something to do with it. Just thought I would explain why I made my decision as we all talk open and are friends on here.

So the cycle. Would like Nark or Booz to have a look at this as they are experienced in the use of tren.

Wk 1- 14 Test 400mg
Wk 1-11 Tren E 600mg

Wk 1-14 Hcg 250 ius twice per week

Pct

WK 1-6 Tamoxifen 20mg/ED
WK 1-6 Toremifene 60mg/ED (120mg/ED first 14 days).

I am running the test @ 400mg just because dosage is 400mg/ml.

I have also decided to cut the tren short before end of cycle as I am sure I read in the past it would be easier to recover with pct. Can't quite remember. Nark ect can maybe confirm this.

I was thinking of adding in winny towards the end of the cycle if I could benefit from it. Ran it in my last cycle and got good gains. Very hard looking and vascular.

As for diet. Here it is. Again,maybe Nark can have a look and tell me where I am no doubt going wrong somewhere. I have always eaten sloppy when on cycle or last time I was very strict but I kind of know that as I am making gains as the cycle runs I should be upping my calories as I go ? Again,maybe Nark can confirm. So the diet based on my current weight of 89kg...

Meal 1

Trained biceps and triceps tonight. Was a good workout in general. Shouldn't be long before I start lifting heavy again.

Kickboxing tonight. Took a shot to the ribs around a fortnight ago. Thought it was a broken rib as it was so uncomfortable but think it may have been muscular damage. Either way I struggled big time. Ended up not training for a week to try and let myself heal. Feels better now though. Hopefully I don't take one on the other side tonight
