Default Do You Eat Breakfast?

Many people side-track it . They say, "I'm not a "breakfast person"", or "breakfast just doesn't agree with me . Some may even say, "by the time I'm awake, it's lunchtime, so no, I'm not into breakfast," but do YOU know how important having the FIRST meal of the day really is?

According to WebMD.com, having a healthy breakfast really does provide a host of health benefits that you probably weren't even totally aware of!
  • It helps your weight control
  • It gives you energy to start a brand new day
  • It helps you focus throughout the day, on the tasks at hand
  • It actually gives you [B] more STRENGTH and ENDURANCE, which you'll need when you're "amping up" on physical activity in those intense workouts! and it
  • helps to lower cholesterol

"According to the American Dietetic Association, children who eat breakfast perform better in the classroom and on the playground, with better concentration, problem-solving skills, and eye-hand coordination."

It's time to make the sacrifice of having a healthy breakfast on a consistent basis ; it will help not only us, but our children to succeed, and do their best in all their endeavors.

I have breakfast at 7:30am or 8:30am and make sure to eat it as without eating that I can grow more hungrier by the time lunch comes, which can make the stomach hungry and upset me and make doing any task or even a test hard as the feeling of hunger is there. I think that when someone misses this meal they are missing out on nutrition and will get hungrier as the day goes on, so having a big breakfast can be good for the health and satisfy the body and can help us be more alert in our morning and leave us satisfied. It is interesting to what can happen when we take the right food in our body in the morning, which is good and we need to have the right nutritious food which can sustain us so we don't feel powerless or like we can't do anything and have had that feeling before so know how it feels like.

I use to always skip breakfast but I have learned the benefit of a good, healthy breakfast. I have breakfast every morning around 7 am. I make sure it is healthy and nutritional. I never skip breakfast at all now. It is my favorite meal of the day. I find now that I eat breakfast I have so much more energy in the mornings. I use to find that half way through the morning I was sluggish and just felt tired all the time.

I eat breakfast about 99% of the time. Usually I'll wait if I do until a couple hours after I wake up because I'm not hungry until then.

Yes, I agree. Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. I can't live without breakfast. Without it, my energy would be zero. I always take healthy foods in my breakfast. I used to be overweight but I reduced my weight to the normal range with the help of daily healthy breakfast.

Breakfast is alway a necessity for me. If it is that would have one meal for the day it would have to be breakfast. When I wake up in the morning I am hungry and sometimes lethargic and there is nothing like a healthy breakfast to get me energised, which could enable me to go throughout the day if I had no lunch.
