I dont think there is a best program. I think constant change and stimuli develop muscle better then any single program. Thus I think having 3-4 different programs in your arsenal is best to develop.

It's a workout many use, some pro's even. FST stands for Fascia Stretch Training. It uses the theory of stretching the fascia for muscle growth like some others but in a different way. It's meant to pump such a large amount of blood into the fascia, it's forced to stretch. A program may be set me like this:
Chest

Incline dumbbell press 3-4 x 8-12
Incline dumbbell flye 3 x 8-12
Flat Hammer or dumbbell press 3 x 8-12
Pec deck or cable crossover 7 x 8-12

The last set is 7 sets, therefore pumping so much blood on the last set, it's forced to stretch and when regrown, larger. Notice the last 7x set must be that type of exercise.
Example, back 7x set might be hammer row. It wouldn't be dead's.
Rest between sets is 60-90 seconds. It's advised 2 liters of water be consumed during the w/o, it gives better pumps, i can say from experience.

I think it's a trial and error thing. We are all built differently and what works for one, might not work for others. Stick with the exercises that works for you and ditch the one's that don't.

I have read many articles on the Internet. There are many 'Ultimate Fitness' Programmes available on the Internet. I use the Internet as a guide of my fitness. I have tried many 6 weeks and 8 weeks fitness programmes. The programmes available on the Internet are well-researched and they seem to work for me. I have lost many pounds by following the guides on the Internet.
