I have spent more time than I want to think about reading articles and books from coaches and litters who's knoweledge I respect. Tate, louie, wendler, tsatsouline, defranco, Hatfield, rippetoe, stuff from eastern block weighlifting coaches etc etc etc.

Now I try to make my own program based on all that stuff, suffering from serious information overload and programing ADD though lol. Easy to make things overly complicated and inefficient. The hard part is condensing all the info into something slim, lean, mean and efficient.

Right now I follow narks guidelines to a t. Otherwise making my own programs and seeing how they work is my favorite part of training. When we have gotten me into my desired shape il jump in to Bulgarian weightlifting methods.

As I have no real goals at present, I just try stuff. When it's serious bodybuilding time however, I write my own programs.

For the past 6 months i have been alternating between FST-7 and a Milos Sarcev programs. I really enjoy them both. You can find beginner, intermediate and pro levels of workouts at fst-7.com. The Milos workout's i think i may have got off of u-tube or old muscle & fitness special, i forget. They both have 2 kind of different goals in mind and theory's behind growth so i enjoy both worlds.

Never heard about fst-7, can you describe it shortly?(i am to lazy to go to the page )
