I am much more methodical this time around then I have ever been before, upside with that is that I will have a very good estimate of how much kcal I get rid of in a day than ever before. Unfortunately it is less than I used to estimate, sitting in front of a computer all day doesn't burn jack shit and working out for an hour hardly changes that.

Haven't touched a weight in one and a half weeks now. One week of vacation followed by a business trip. Now back to normality!

Bobby I am still following basically the same routine. No massive progress to speak off but gradually I am getting somewhere Only real change is that I now to my 5 sets of 5 squats timed. I hit them in 5 minutes, if I make it I increase weight by 2.5kg next time. If I dont I stick to the weight until I do. Will try it out on bench as well.

I will cut down to 3 workouts a week over summer though, need to prioritize other things time wise for a while.

Not much different to be honest, I seem stuck around 95 kg so I am lowering kcal more now beginning this week. Last month has been a bit hit and miss with work traveling etc but now I don't predict anything that can funk up my rhythm for a while.

Biggest obstacle is that my mind is focused on programming and drawing now so I am trying to put the least amount of mental effort on training and dieting. So far so good in regards to training, diet need tuning.

I am thinking 4 days a week around 1800 kcal, 1 day at 3500, one semi fasting day below 1000 kcal and one day at 2500 kcal. If my figures are right that should certainly make me lose weight. Its lowers the weekly kcal by about 2000 compared to now. If that doesn't do it I will in introduce cardio 3 days a week.
