Default The Fitness diary of an eye servant

.A log to track/ record exercise done on my own initiative.

I train with Corey/Nark 3 days a week but I really need to figure out how to get motivated on my own. Hopefully doing this will help keep me accountable.

Aim: 30 min of exercise, 4 days a week minimum but hoping to work up to 6 days

Assessment affter 1month to figure out if i'm just one of those ppl who is going to need to pay for motivation.

Primarily 'cardio'? Walking and skipping..Jumping jacks.. whatever just keeping it moving for half hour..

We'll see how this goes..

So far.. limited results..

Sunday morning: I tried skipping rope. Noplan really just the idea I would skipp rope for at sets of 50 jumps for 30 min... Didnt really work.. I lost coordination around round 6 and I was nowhere near 30 min.. :/ I tried jogging in place but meh...

Tuesday morning /now..I just did the 2 and 3/4 of the work outs Corey posted by the time I got to the skipping work out my coordination was nonexistent..maybe I'll make that one first next time..

Well it's sttarted...

so yesterday I was supposed to train ith Corey and it didnt happen due to circumstances.. so I had the briliant idea that I was going to the at home work outs above..

I flatlined at around 15 minutes..

combination of things.. I was feeling a little whiney and irritable and I'm a tad stressed trying to reach a deadline for this weekend. Which is breaking up my sleep.

This week gets a failing grade. I dont think I clocked a full hour of work outs on my own initiative yet.. and I'm still playing catch up on this project.

ah well. will hopefully be better next week :/
